Your Favourite Colour: What it says about you

Whether we’re a vibrant Orange, or a peaceful Blue, our color preferences are a key to understanding our personalities. Find out what this color expert has to say about your favorite color. What does it reveal about who you really are?

White: Symbolic of purity, innocence and naivete, white has strong connotations of youth and purity. If you are an older person, your preference for white could indicate a desire for perfection and impossible ideals, maybe an attempt to recapture lost youth and freshness. It may also symbolize a desire for simplicity or the simple life.

Red: The color of strength, health, and vitality, Red is often the color chosen by someone outgoing, aggressive, vigorous and impulsive—or someone who would like to be! It goes with an ambitious nature but those who choose it can be abrupt at times, determined to get all they can out of life, quick to judge people and take sides. Red people are usually optimistic and can’t stand monotony; they are rather restless and not at all introspective, so they may be unaware of their own shortcomings. They find it hard to be objective and may blame others for any mishaps. Quiet people with a preference for red may feel the need for the warmth, strength and life-giving qualities of the color, or they blanket their true feelings under a sober exterior. Red is usually chosen by people with open and uncomplicated natures, with a zest for life

Pink: This color embodies the gentler qualities of Red, symbolizing love and affection without passion. Women who prefer Pink tend to be maternal. Pink desires protection, special treatment and a sheltered life. Pink people require affection and like to feel loved and secure, perhaps wanting to appear delicate and fragile. Pink people tend to be charming and gentle, if a trifle indefinite.

Green: The color of harmony and balance, Green symbolizes hope, renewal and peace, and is usually liked by the gentle and sincere. Greens are generally frank, community-minded people, fairly sociable but preferring peace at any price. Green people can be too self-effacing, modest and patient, so they may get exploited by others. They are usually refined, civilized and reputable.

Yellow: The color of happiness, wisdom and imagination, Yellow is chosen by the mentally adventurous, searching for novelty and self-fulfillment. Yellow usually goes with a sunny and shrewd personality, with a good business head and a strong sense of humor. It is the color of intellectuality and all things to do with the mind. Yellow folks are usually clear and precise thinkers who have a good opinion of their own mental capacities and who have lofty ideals. They may at times tend to shun responsibility, preferring freedom of thought and action

Purple: Purples are highly individual, fastidious, witty and sensitive, with a strong desire to be unique and different. Temperamental, expansive and artistic, a Purple person may become aloof and sarcastic when misunderstood. If you chose Purple, you tend to be unconventional, tolerant and dignified, likely to achieve positions of authority.

Blue: Soft, soothing, compassionate and caring, Blue is the color of deliberation and introspection, conservatism and duty. Patient, persevering, conscientious, sensitive and self-controlled, Blues like to be admired for their steady character and wisdom. They are faithful, but are often worriers with somewhat inflexible beliefs and can be too cautious, and suspicious of flamboyant behavior.

Black: Dignified and impressive without being showy, Black people want to give the appearance of mystery, but their preference may also indicate a suppression of desires and worldly aims, suggesting hidden depths and inner longings

Monetary incentives to the KP2 students

I think by giving monetary incentives to the KP2 students is one of the way to motivate them to get better grades. KP students means that a student which gained a result with pointer below than 2.00. There some reasons why i stated that by giving monetary incentives it can motivated them to get a better results such as it can help the student to pay the education fees, can make them more independent without giving troubles to their parents, and can motivated them to more focus on studying.

By using the incentives to the KP2 students, the students can afford to pay the expensive education fees. The student can used the money to pay the fees. We often heard that many KP students failed to finish up their studies due to financial problems. Thus, it is a logical way to ensure that the students can complete their studies.

In addition, by giving the monetary incentives to the KP students, it can motivated them to be an independent person. For example, with the incentives that they gain monthly, they would not ask for pocket money from their guardian or parents. So, their parents would not worry anymore about their children's financial.

Although, there are some people may think that by giving the monetary incentives to the KP students, it will give more bad impact than benefits. They may said that the students will spend the money to the other useless things and indirectly  they will throw over their studies. This case may happens, but if they used the money in the right way, they will be work harder on their studies without thinking any problems with money. As a result, they can get a better result.

It can be said that, the monetary incentives should be implemented in order to rising up the student's academic result. It would be more effective if the students used the convenience wisely instead of wasting their money with useless things.

The Benefits of Yogurt

What's tasty, easy, and has lots of health benefits? Yogurt!

Yogurt May Reduce the Risk of High Blood Pressure
A recent study, which followed more than 5,000 Spanish university graduates for about two years, found a link between dairy intake and risk of high blood pressure.

Yogurt With Active Cultures Helps the Gut
Yogurt with active cultures may help certain gastrointestinal conditions, including:
  • Lactose intolerance
  • Constipation
  • Diarrhea
  • Colon cancer
  • Inflammatory bowel disease
  • H. pylori infection
That's what researchers from the Jean Mayer U.S. Department of Agriculture Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University concluded in a recent review article.
The benefits are thought to be due to:
  • Changes in the microflora of the gut
  • The time food takes to go through the bowel
  • Enhancement of the body's immune system

Yogurt With Active Cultures May Discourage Vaginal Infections
Candida or "yeast" vaginal infections are a common problem for women with diabetes. In a small study, seven diabetic women with chronic Candidal vaginitis consumed 6 ounces of frozen aspartame-sweetened yogurt per day (with or without active cultures).
Even though most of the women had poor blood sugar control throughout the study, the vaginal pH (measure of acidity or basicity) of the group eating yogurt with active cultures dropped from 6.0 to 4.0 (normal pH is 4.0-4.5). These women also reported a decrease in Candida infections. The women eating the yogurt without active cultures remained at pH 6.0.

Yogurt May Help You Feel Fuller
A study from the University of Washington in Seattle tested hunger, fullness, and calories eaten at the next meal on 16 men and 16 women who had a 200-calorie snack. The snack was either:
  • Semisolid yogurt containing pieces of peach and eaten with a spoon
  • The same yogurt in drinkable form
  • A peach-flavored dairy beverage
  • Peach juice
Although those who had the yogurt snacks did not eat fewer calories at the next meal, both types of yogurt resulted in lower hunger ratings and higher fullness ratings than either of the other snacks.

If I have the power to rule the world, I would......

FIRSTLY...
If I have the power to conquer the world, I'll decorate the world with plants and colorful flowers. With this, we can live a comfortable and convenient environment . The scent of flowers may release our tension.

raise the spirit..
Relaxing..
Peaceful view..

I will make the competition for the most beautiful houses decorated with plants. Many who would seek to beautify their homes with natural environment. This activity not only good for health, but also can bring families become closer together.

SECONDLY...
I would drop the death sentence to anyone who wants to start a war such as war between races, nations or countries. For me, all problems can be solved by in a peace way. If the war happen, many of us will be killed, especially innocent children women and old people.

Due to this situation, they will become orphans, single mothers and refugees. The war give many bad affects and that's why if I have the power to rule the world, I would dropped the harsh punishment to anyone who is starting a war.

THIRDLY...
I also would ban smoking in place. Corporal punishment and imprisonment for 20 years will be imposed on those who produce cigarettes, sellers and those who smoke cigarettes.

As we know cigarette contains 4000 chemicals that are harmful to smokers and those who inhale tobacco smoke. Many diseases that already exists due to smoke such as lung cancer, brain cancer, and many more.

Smoking is a silent killer

Sagil Waterfall Trip

Last year on 2nd November, we went to Sagil Waterfall, base of the mountain Gunung Ledang which is located at Tangkak, Johor. It was one of the popular picnic spot in Malaysia.

The trip was accompanied with our another ten friends. The journey was started at 11.00 a.m by three cars. We were taking North-South Expressway and about an hour we were already arrived to our destination. We were really excited as it was our first time to get there. As getting there, we have to pay RM2 for each car and RM1 per person.

The beautiful view of Gunung Ledang
The tickets

We decided to swim at nearly the top of the waterfall. So, we have to climb up the stairs. Even it was tiring and we were exhausted but we still enjoying the trip. After surveying the uphill area, we decided to choose the spot water stream which were clearer, deeper and hidden by pass by. Before playing around with the water, we have made some birthday surprise party to one of our friend.

It was really enjoyable to play and swim with the icy water. There were so many fish and we took the opportunity to catch some of it by using scarf and snacks as a bait. We were playing around about four hours. At 4.00 p.m we went back to the hostel with such a wonderful memory.

Having fun..

You guys should go there. It was awesome !
